This is so dead on.. My dad taught me from about the age of 10 on, I would first take my toothbrush, run it under water so its adhesive, then put your toothpaste onto the toothbrush, then just gently turn your brush bristle side down and very gently get just a little bit of baking soda on top of the toothpaste on the toothrush… it will be a little gritty you’ll probably salivate more than usual…but give it a good brushing like that.. and then add the hydrogen peroxide right before bedtime, after brush, and this can be done after every brushing, but right before bed and first up is best.. gargle a capful of peroxide to 1 capful of water and just rinse and spit.. The 2 combined should whiten several shades

Start in pushup position but step your feet forward so  your can lift your hips towards the ceiling (similar to downward dog). Keep your hands directly under your shoulders & core tight.

A. Keeping your hips up, lower  your body until your chin almost touches the floor.
B. Lower your  hips until they almost touch the floor as you lift your head and  shoulders toward the ceiling — similar to upward dog. Think about the motion as a swoop.
C. Reverse the  movement to the starting position.

Try a few of these in place of pushups in your workout this week! You’ll really feel it in your shoulders!
